CONTRACT FOR MR. PUNJABI & MISS PUNJABAN BEAUTY PAGEANT
This Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date], by and between [Organizer’s Full Name or Organization’s Name], herein referred to as the “Organizer”, and [Participant’s Full Name], herein referred to as the “Participant”.
- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
a. Mr. Punjabi:
- Age: 18 years or above at the time of application.
- Background: Must have a Punjabi background.
b. Miss Punjaban:
- Age: 18 years or above at the time of application.
- Marital Status: Must be unmarried.
- Background: Must have a Punjabi background.
c. Bebe No1:
- Age: 55 years or above at the time of application.
d. Bapu No1:
- Age: 55 years or above at the time of application.
- COMMITMENTS OF TITLE HOLDERS:
a. All title holders (Mr. Punjabi, Miss Punjaban, Bebe No1, and Bapu No1) must refrain from entering into personal or romantic relationships with anyone until the next season of the respective competition.
- JUDGMENT AND DECISIONS:
a. All Participants agree to accept the decisions of the judges as final and binding.
b. The method, criteria, and process of judging are at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
- ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS:
a. The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate or disqualify any Participant at any stage of the competition without any need to provide an explanation.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition at any time.
- PARTICIPANT’S ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
a. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are entering the competition of their own free will and that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
b. The Participant assures the Organizer that all personal details provided are accurate and genuine.
- INDEMNIFICATION:
a. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising due to Participant’s breach of this Agreement or any activity related to the competition.
- TERMINATION:
a. Breach of any term in this Agreement by the Participant can result in immediate disqualification from the competition, and any titles or awards previously conferred may be rescinded.
- GOVERNING LAW:
a. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- MISCELLANEOUS:
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings, written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
b. Amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
By signing below, the Participant agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
